This programme includes:
1) A Kinesiology Food Intolerance Test and your results.
This is an in-person, 1 hour session with me in my treatment room in Penarth. You will discover your food intolerances through Kinesiology. You will leave your session with a list of foods you know your body does not like; this is an empowering piece of information to navigate your future food choices. You have the option of having the foods causing an imbalance retested after 6 weeks of banishing them from your diet. This second test is a remote session. It is likely that some foods will be able to be reintroduced.
2) Body Talk Kitchen: Meal Changes Made Easy recipe book.
Making meal changes doesn’t need to be challenging and my recipe book is here to save the day! There is a section on breakfasts, protein meals, vegetables, and desserts. I have also included sections on what defines ‘clean eating’ as well as details on sugar in the diet and what fats are best to use. If you’re local to South Wales, then the ‘Where’s great to eat out’ section might be helpful too! The aim of this book, is to give you ideas to create delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare meals every day.
3) Body Talk Meal Planner Pad
It’s all in the planning, and this is very true when it comes to meal planning. If you plan your meals, write your shopping list, buy the foods - then cooking is easy. There is no more thinking “What shall I eat tonight?” because you have used your energy to do this already. Planning is everything – it also keeps you away from temptations!
4) Body Talk Resource App
It may sound like a cliché, but knowledge is power. You will have access to a large amount of information from the Physical Body hub of the BODY TALK Community App. Here you will find information that is sensible, intriguing as well as crucial. This App will empower you to make decisions and sustain those wonderful changes.
5) Body Talk Habit Tracker
We all need accountability. This A5 pad will allow you to note your current good habits (to make sure you stick to them) and note the changes you will make on a weekly basis. Rome wasn’t built in a day – making changes takes time. You make 1 change this week, then a few the following and so on. You can write your changes down here and tick daily when they’re done. We all need reminding when we start a new habit.
6) Check in Zoom call with Angharad.
It is what it says it is. A call over Zoom for you to ask questions and/or get advice on the changes you’re making. It is up to you when you take this call. Just get in touch via email and we’ll arrange a time, and I will send you a link.
